What is the riskiest assumption?
The first release should help you learn whether a particular customer will use a particular workflow. Features that do not support that learning may be better deferred, even when they are common in mature products.
What can an existing service handle?
Payments, email and authentication often have established services. Using them where appropriate can keep development focused on the part of the product that is distinct, while making ongoing costs and dependencies explicit.

Yes. We prioritize the workflow needed to test the product idea and separate launch requirements from features that can follow after customer feedback.
Do you build subscription products?
We can scope subscription billing and account access for a SaaS product. Plans, trials, cancellations and payment failures need explicit rules before implementation.
Can our in-house team take over later?
