Bring us the client.
Keep up to a quarter.
You already know businesses that need a website built properly, an app shipped, or a brand that stopped working two years ago. Introduce them to us, we take the project from there, and you take 10–25% of every milestone they pay once it is signed.

The rate goes up as you go. It does not reset.
Your tier is set by how many of the clients you introduced have signed and paid in total, not by what you did last quarter. Once you reach a rate, it applies to every deal after it.

Arithmetic on our published rate card, not a projection of what you will earn. Commission only exists on projects a client signs and pays for, and every project is quoted before anyone commits to anything.
Pick how involved you want to be.
You make the introduction. We take it from there.
You point the client at us and step back. We handle discovery, scoping, the quote, the contract, the build and the support. The project runs under Zolarys — our name on the agreement, our team in the room — and your commission comes off each milestone the client actually pays once the project is signed.
Built for: Consultants, founders, freelancers and anyone whose network keeps asking who they should get to build this.

You handle
- One warm introduction
- A short handover call, if it helps
Five steps. Two of them are yours.

Fill in the form below. It takes about two minutes and there is no deck to prepare.

02
Talk
A short call to work out what you can realistically introduce and whether the work is something we are actually good at. If it is not a fit we will say so on that call rather than string it out.

03
Agree the terms
A partner agreement setting out your rate, how long an introduction stays attributed to you, and how payouts run. Read it, change what you want changed, sign it when you are happy.

04
Introduce
You put the client in front of us. From that point the project is ours — scoping, quoting, contracting and delivery all run under Zolarys, and you stay copied in as much or as little as you want.

Build and pay out
Once the client signs, your commission comes off each milestone they clear. Nothing is owed on a signature alone, and you are not left waiting until the whole project lands either.
Ours
This suits some people and not others.
A partner is recommending us to someone who trusts them, and then handing that relationship over. That only works when the introductions are real and you are happy to step back, so it is worth being straight about the fit.
This works when
- You already advise businesses that need a website, an app, or a rebrand.
- You sell design or marketing but do not have engineers on staff.
- You run a studio with more pipeline than delivery capacity.
- You are a founder or operator whose network asks you for recommendations.
- You are comfortable handing the client over rather than sitting in the middle.
This does not
- You want to blast a link into cold email lists or paid traffic.
- You want commission on a name and an email address with no context.
- You need us to be the cheapest option rather than the right one.
- You want to stay between us and the client on every conversation.
Commission follows the money. Once the client has signed, your share comes off each milestone they clear — so you are paid across the project rather than waiting for it to finish. Nothing is owed on a signature alone. Payout method and timing are set out in your partner agreement.
We do. The scoping, the quote, the contract, the build and the support all sit with Zolarys, and the work ships under our name. You stay copied in as much or as little as you want to be. If you need it the other way round, say so in the application and we will talk about it.
Because a first introduction is unproven on both sides. Once clients you have sent start signing and paying, you move up the ladder — 15%, then 20%, then 25% — and the rate you reach applies to everything after it. It is not reset each quarter.
If the client never signs, there is nothing to pay commission on. If they sign, pay two milestones and then stop, you keep the commission on those two. You are never asked to give anything back.
No. Send the introduction and we take discovery, scoping, the quote and the contract from there. If you would rather stay involved through those conversations you can, and regular partners get the rate card and case studies to quote from.
Not by default — everything ships under Zolarys. If you are a company whose clients need to see your name on it, flag that in the application and we will discuss it separately, including an NDA and a fixed per-project cost. We would not commit to it before understanding what is being built.
No joining fee, no minimum volume and no exclusivity clause. If you never introduce anyone, nothing happens and nothing is owed in either direction.

Two minutes now.
A straight answer after that.
No deck, no pitch, no commitment. Tell us who you can introduce and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth your time — including when the answer is no.
