App Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application ("App") published by Zolarys ("we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not install or use our Apps. These terms apply specifically to our mobile applications and supplement any general terms of service available on our website. In the event of a conflict, these App-specific terms shall prevail for matters related to App usage.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Apps on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to: • Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

You agree not to use our Apps to: • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or infrastructure • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions.

Some features of our Apps may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Our Apps may allow you to submit, upload, or display content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Apps. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings. Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your license to use the App is immediately revoked • You must delete all copies of the App from your devices • Any data associated with your account may be deleted Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolarys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Apps. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.
